This agreement governs the relationship between Choice Network (The Infrastructure Provider) and the Aggregator or Affiliate (The Partner). By provisioning a portal or linking channels, you agree to these terms.
Tool Sales (Affiliate Mode): Partners shall receive a 20% commission on all net revenue generated from Choice Tool sales (Rank Tracker, Forensic Audit, BrandConnect access) originating from their platform.
Channel Revenue (Aggregator Mode): Revenue splits for managed channels are subject to a standard 20% network share, unless otherwise specified in a custom volume-based addendum.
Payout Cycle: Commissions and shares are settled on a net-30 basis, subject to verified YouTube and AdSense settlement.
Partners must not engage in deceptive marketing, false income promises, or "churn and burn" channel acquisition strategies.
Transparency: Partners are required to maintain full transparency with their creator roster regarding revenue splits and Choice Network infrastructure usage.
Originality: Only channels with verified original content or explicit commercial licensing rights are eligible for technical linking.
Choice Network grants the Partner a limited, revocable license to use white-label portal infrastructure. "Choice Verified" and "Powered by Choice Network" watermarks are non-removable and essential for ecosystem integrity.
